Tutoring sessions are planned in advance, so a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged at the full session rate. When more than 24 hours’ notice is provided, we will arrange another suitable time wherever possible. Cancellation terms for workplace English coaching will be included in your tailored proposal.
